Registration policy

All students are encouraged to register at least one week before their class start date. If your registration has not been confirmed by e-mail, please call the Office before the first day of class to confirm your registration.

Late registration for classes is permitted only under certain circumstances and with the permission of the director and teachers. You will be charged £30 and there will be a pro-rating fee of class tuition.

InFrench naturellement reserves the right to cancel classes not meeting minimum enrolment (min. 3 students). We will make every effort to reschedule the student for another class at a convenient time. Please make sure we are able to contact you.

Cancellation and refund

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to your class start date. The following charges will apply: if received 7 days or more before the start of the course, £30; less than 7 days before the start of the course, 30% of the total course fee.

For private lessons, your teacher must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of any schedule change or class cancellation you wish to make.

inFrench naturellement cannot accept any responsibility for unforeseen changes in students’ circumstances that may prevent attendance and no partial refund can be granted for classes not attended.

Tuition and fees

Tuition is payable in its entirety at the time of registration. Fees are exclusive of books.

The director of inFrench naturellement reserves the right to refuse admission.

Students are kindly requested to refrain from smoking while on the premises.

 Liability – Study programmes, facilities and support

inFrench naturellement makes all reasonable efforts to deliver the programmes of study and related services and facilities in the way described on this website. It will provide students with the tuition and learning support and other services and facilities it describes with reasonable care and skill.

However, inFrench naturellement shall be entitled if it reasonably considers it to be necessary (including in order to manage its resources and pursue its policy of continuous improvement appropriately):

  • To alter the timetable, location, number of classes and method of delivery of programmes of study, provided such alterations are reasonable.
  •  To make reasonable variations to the content and syllabus of programmes of study (including in relation to placements).
  • To suspend or discontinue programmes of study (for example, because a key member of staff is unwell or leaves inFrench naturellement).
  • To make changes to its statutes, ordinances, regulations, policies and procedures which the centre reasonably considers necessary. Such changes if significant will normally come into force at the beginning of a course, and if fundamental to the programme will normally come into force with effect from the next cohort of students.
  • Not to provide programmes of study or to combine them with others if the centre reasonably considers this to be necessary (for example, because too few students apply to join the programme for it to be viable).

In the unlikely event that inFrench naturellement discontinues or does not provide a programme of study or changes it significantly before it begins:

  • inFrench naturellement will tell relevant individuals at the earliest possible opportunity.
  • An individual will be entitled to withdraw his or her application by telling inFrench naturellement in writing within a reasonable time of being informed of the change.
  • inFrench naturellement will make an appropriate refund of tuition fees and deposits paid

inFrench naturellement will make available to students such learning support and other services and facilities as it considers appropriate, but may vary what it provides from time to time.

Upon acceptance by an applicant of an offer of a place at inFrench naturellement, the relationship between the applicant and inFrench naturellement becomes contractual. In entering into that contract, neither the student nor inFrench naturellement intends that any of the terms of the contract will be enforceable.

By giving any personal details via this Website you are deemed to consent to use of such details you give for inFrench naturellement’s purposes in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy
